Features

Inventory Management

Manage and track inventory levels. Automatically adjust inventory levels on check in or out, and notify the purchasing department when a restock order is necessary. Connect to an existing inventory or accounting database or export your records to use with third party applications.

Inventory Management

Location Tracking

Print asset tags with bar codes or RFID and track those assets using a bar code or RFID reader, either from a PC or a Windows Mobile device or Windows Pro tablet. When an asset is scanned, view the record details and update if necessary. Generate and e-mail or export detailed reports of checked out, missing, or misplaced assets.

Depreciation Calculation

Depreciate assets using any standard depreciation formula. Define your own parameters and control the depreciation method. Generate reports on current depreciated values and update records to reflect the original and depreciated values. Exported data can be used with accounting software for monitoring the current value of fixed assets.

Tools and Equipment Lending

Scan an asset and automatically look up borrower information from Active Directory, third party software or the Asset Track database. Borrower information is then linked and updated in the assets record. Borrow date, expected return date, and other information can be collected. Monitor overdue items and send reminder emails.

Maintenance Record Management

Maintain detailed maintenance service and warranty records. Track critical fixed asset information such as asset type, serial number, part number, supplier, cost and more.

Asset Tag and Inventory Label Printing

Print asset tags and inventory labels with 1D and 2D bar codes or UHF EPC Gen 2 RFID chip directly from your asset or inventory database. Print thousands of labels at once or print labels on demand as they are added to the database.

Tablet and Mobile

In addition to running on a desktop PC, run Asset Track on Windows Pro tablets and Windows Mobile devices.
